Nicole studied at the University of Houston, where she received a BS in Management. After that, she studied at Texas Women’s University for her MBA while working at Exxon Mobil. Her main oil & gas foundation was built at Dow Chemical Company, where she worked as an EA. After that, she went on to get her Scrum Master Certification.
