Melinda Marks, CPA
Vice President, Operations
Melinda has been with PetroLedger since August 2019. She graduated from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Melinda has more than 25 years of oil and gas accounting and management experience, as well as, outsourcing. She has been involved in transactional processing and reporting for public and private companies. She is passionate about providing outstanding timely and accurate client bookkeeping to support solid business decisions.
Melodee Papke, CPA APA
Vice President, Human Resources
Melodee holds a BBA in Accounting from Northeastern State University, and has 30 years experience in oil and gas accounting and management, including significant work with private equity-backed companies preparing and coordinating both transactional and reporting functions. Melodee manages the Tulsa office, where she is responsible for leading multiple accounting teams for our enterprise-level clients, as well as business development. Melodee is both a CPA and an APA (Accredited Petroleum Accountant).
Jordan Driskell
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jordan comes to PetroLedger having spent six years at WolfePak Software. As their former Director of Professional Services, he administered several teams and oversaw conversions, training, and implementation, as well as handling service sales, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and managed other operations-related responsibilities. Prior to that, he served as the Controller for Tigé Boats, worked in Legal for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Elise Berlin
Director, Professional Services
Elise joined PetroLedger in 2012 after a brief stint in the nonprofit sector. She currently oversees our Houston office, where she works with a wide range of oil and gas stakeholders including non-op, E&P, midstream, and startups. In addition to managing client relationships, Elise processes monthly financial statements, revenue distributions, and reconciliations. She is an experienced WolfePak user and has been trained on Avatar Systems’ Integra platform.
Jamie Edison
Director, Client Success
Jamie is a graduate of OU and has over 23 years oil and gas accounting experience, including general ledger and financial reporting, revenue functions and client account management.
Shannah Goins, CPA
Director, Client Success
Shannah attended TU and Northeastern State, graduating with a BS degree in accounting. She has over 23 years of oil and gas accounting experience including client account management, general ledger, financial reporting, revenue, joint interest billing and owner relations.
Neal Boswell
Senior Manager, Regulatory
Neal received a degree in accounting from Oklahoma State and has over 20 years of accounting experience. He has extensive experience in regulatory, including severance tax, ONRR, and most state, federal and tribal reporting.
Joey Falls, CPA
Senior Manager, Private Clients
Joey has been in the oil & gas industry for 15 years, starting when he received his Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting in 2007. During his career, he worked as a senior accountant at Magnum Hunter Resources, an account manager of multiple owner interest accounts at Halff Energy, and as the controller for Maguire Oil Company. He earned his CPA certification in 2011, and he is a proud father of three boys.
Andrew James
Senior Manager, General Accounting
Andrew joined the PetroLedger team in June 2021 after serving various rolls for a PE-backed oil and gas company for seven years. He has experience with financial reporting, general ledger, revenue distribution and client relations.
Brenda Scrivner
Senior Manager, JIB/AP
Brenda has a BBA in Finance from Northeastern State and over 20 years of oil and gas experience, including accounts payable, joint interest billing and general ledger reporting, as well as division of interest maintenance.
LaWanda Washington
Senior Manager, Revenue
LaWanda’s entire professional career has been in the O&G industry, starting with her position as a Junior Accountant with the Coastal Corporation after graduating from Prairie View A&M University. She has mostly worked in Revenue, though she also has experience in IT budgeting and SOX auditing.
Carmen Walker
Senior Manager, JIB/AP
Carmen got her start in the oil & gas industry at Sun Oil company, where she got her first taste of JIB/AP doing joint interest billing decks and owner address files. After decades of experience, Carmen has found her role as a leader and a mentor to PetroLedger’s JIB/AP team.
Henry Miller, MS BHS BS
Manager, Special Projects & Human Resources
Henry joins PetroLedger after 20+ years of experience managing people and establishing effective training programs to align with business objectives. He leads our Human Resources Training and Development initiatives, providing counsel on hiring, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and other training-related topics.
Kyli Miller
Account Executive
Kyli graduated from Texas Tech in 2018 and moved back to Fort Worth to work as an Executive Assistant to the CFO and Partners at a private oil and gas company for the next three years. During that time, she was able to learn an abundance of information about the process of accounting, as well as the amount of dedication and hard work it takes to make a company successful.
