Today we’d like to introduce Kyli Miler, our Assistant Account Manager who just started her position last week. We sat down with her to get to know her a little better…
What’s your background?
I graduated from Texas Tech in 2018 and moved back to Fort Worth, Texas. I then spent three years as an Executive Assistant to the CFO and Partners at a private oil and gas company in Fort Worth. During those three years, I was able to learn an abundance of information about the process of accounting, as well as the amount of dedication and hard work it takes to make a company successful. I loved being an active part of the oil and gas industry, and I knew that I wanted to continue down that path.
I found myself wanting to have a more active role in the next company I worked for. I knew that my communication and people skills were very strong, and sales seemed to be the perfect fit. With PetroLedger, I feel as though I am able to showcase those skills to benefit myself and my team. I enjoy being a part of the process to build relationships with current and future clients.
What is your role for PetroLedger?
My role as Assistant Account Manager is to handle the development and enhancement of our relationship with our current clients, whether that be ensuring they are satisfied with their current services or taking the steps to add additional services. My day-to-day consists of updating our CRM to ensure that the Sales Team has the most accurate and current information to provide for the clients.
What is the most exciting thing about your new position?
The timing of this new role was perfect for me! PetroLedger was building a Sales and Marketing team in Abilene, Texas, and I was planning to relocate there. I think the most exciting thing about this new position is how collaborative the team is. Each member is always thinking of something that could better our team as a whole, and the ideas seem to be limitless! I love that I can openly discuss any new thoughts or ideas I have and that there is always someone there to listen and back me up. The growth of this company is so promising, and it feels amazing to be a part of it!
